When this happens it is vital that our customers contact us to enable us to rectify any issues they may have. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
How to contact us:
By telephone – You can contact us by telephone on (0504) 60035 or (086) 7917213 and speak to one of our customer service members. They will take your name, account details and the details of your query or complaint. They will then discuss with you any potential reasons for your problems or try and find a resolution for you. If they are unable to assist you during your first point of contact with us then
By email – you can send an email, including your name and account details, to mjr@orcs.ie or accounts@orcs.ie and your query will be passed on the relevant department and they will aim to resolve your query for you.

Resolution time:
We aim to have your query resolved within 10 working days, depending on query or complaint sometimes technical queries can be resolved via telephone calls with our engineers.
Escalation procedure:
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your query and feel it was not resolved to your satisfaction you can request that it is passed to the manager. The manager will then discuss your query with you and try to reach a satisfactory resolution for you. If you feel we have then not resolved your query or complaint within a reasonable time frame or to a standard that is not satisfactory to you then you can escalate your complaint to ComReg and they will investigate your query or complaint further.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued on an individual basis, where a refund is due it will be issued to you by cheque. This will usually take up to 10 working days.
Disconnection Policy:
Your invoice must be paid by the date it becomes due. If your invoice remains unpaid then we will contact you by telephone or email and forward you a copy of the outstanding balance. If after the period stated on your bill has lapsed then we will have no alternative but to disconnect your broadband service until payment is received.
